Our booking provider, booking .com, offers a lowest price guarantee. Their terms may be subject to change and you should make sure you check with them for the latest terms and conditions when you make your booking.
Should you find your hotel room with the same booking conditions at a lower rate on the internet after you have booked, you must contact the booking company within 24 hours of booking, and they will match it. You must provide details of the website.

However the basic terms of the guarantee are as follows:

1) As hotel prices can change frequently, you must contact them promptly by email, but in any event within 24 hours of purchasing your hotel room. Your email should include the following information: your name, reservation number and the website where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be taken into account.

2) The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.

3) The guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when your claim is validated within the 24 hour period, screen shots will not be accepted as proof.

4) The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel as booked through our provider on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking conditions.

5) The lower rate must be in the same currency.

6) Our provider will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through them is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show.

7) If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee terms and conditions, terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation policy are still applicable.

8) "Lowest rate guarantee" does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through or in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs or special promotions of the hotel where the booking is made. Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact hotel isn't known until after booking are also excluded from the guarantee.
